Characteristics:

This wine has a citrus color, tropical fruits aroma with some citrus notes and floral hints, with good minerality, complexity, refreshing and persistent.
Winemaking
This wine, result from a rigorous selection of Alvarinho and Loureiro varieties: these are the most famous white varieties in Vinho Verde Region. The vineyards are mostly conducted in simple cord with an average of 15 years old. The grapes are carefully vinified to remove all qualitative potential: smooth maceration, decantation for 12 hours, followed by fermentation with selected yeasts and controlled temperature (16-18ºC), to preserve the primary aromas of the grape varieties. Afterwards the wine is kept in bâtonnage for one month, then stabilized and bottled.

Fixed acidity: 6.0 g/dm3
Volatile acidity: 0.20 g/dm3
Total sugar: 1.5 g/dm3

Gastronomy
Is ideal to be consumed by itself or as an aperitif. Especially recommended for seafood, fish, Asian food and white meats as chicken or duck, due is refreshing palate and vibrant aromas. Should be served between 6 and 8 °C / 43 and 46 °F.
