With a citrus color, tropical and tree fruits aroma, with mineral notes, fresh and persistent.
It is a superior quality wine, elegant and complex, which makes it a pleasant company for very special moments, with ageing potential 5 – 10 years.
Winemaking
Alvarinho born and raised in sunny vineyards, combines the minerality of
granitic soil with the freshness of the breeze of the Atlantic Ocean. From
vineyards mostly conducted in simple cord with an average of 12 years old.
The grapes are carefully vinified to remove all qualitative potential: smooth
maceration, decantation for 12 hours, followed by fermentation with
selected yeasts and controlled temperature 16-18ºC, to preserve the
primary aromas of the grape varieties. During 4 months, the wine is kept in
bâtonnage then stabilized and bottled.

Gastronomy
Excellent with diverse dishes of poultry, grilled fish in the oven, all kind of seafood and cheeses.
