Characteristics:

This wine has ruby color, is balanced and consistent, with classic aromas and modern profile. It’s a “multicultural wine” with unique characteristics due to the singularity of these grape varieties.

Winemaking
This wine, result of a blend with three red varieties and reflects the liveliness and freshness of the characteristic landscapes of Northern Portugal. The quality of the grapes is the result of the good care that our vineyards have, being mostly vinified in simple cord with an average of 25 years old. The grapes are carefully vinified to remove all qualitative potential. After be transfer and have a brief stage, the wine is bottled very young to preserve the typical flavors of this variety.

Gastronomy
Ideal to pair with all kind of meat, specially grilled in any season of the year. It is an excellent choice to serve with fat fish, like sardines grilled and meals with sauce and beans. Should be served between 12 and 15ºC / 54º F and 59º F.
