1- Shipping & Delivery
1.1. Generousnature, Lda. Cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of orders and the customer should, as a precaution, send an email to info@generousnature.pt to confirm that it will be delivered within the expected deadline
1.2. Products will be delivered on business days, between 9am to 6pm. This service does not include scheduling or appointment options, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier.
1.3. A delivery is considered effected, or a product is considered delivered with the signature of the delivery receipt at the address indicated by the customer
1.4. Payment of shipping costs may take between 5 to 7 days to be received, and only after confirmation of payment will the shipment be processed.
1.5. Generousnature, Lda. Cannot be held responsible for non-compliance, or delays in the fulfilment, of the delivery deadlines due to a force majeure event, that is, an event, act or omission, beyond its control.
1.6. Generousnature, Lda. Is not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages.
1.7. It is the customers’ responsibility to seize the respective orders, as well as to pay customs fees, if any.
1.8. In case of return of the products, Generousnature, Lda. Will refund only the respective amount. In case of doubt, the customer can contact Generousnature, Lda. Before ordering.
1.9. Generousnature, Lda. Has contracted services with specialized carriers for the purpose of deliveries in Europe and most countries in the world. Every effort is made to meet the shipping and delivery deadlines, however it should be noted that the possible delays in deliveries may be alien to Generousnature, Lda., It is not possible, in these cases, to guarantee exact delivery times.
1.10. After the orders are dispatched, the information for monitoring the shipment will be available in the account of the customers who have placed the order with registration and a notification is also sent via e-mail with the information of the link for monitoring the shipment for all registered customers and not registered. 1.12.3. Generousnature, Lda. Will refund the amounts paid for the order and shipping as soon as the warehouse receives and completes the return process.
2- Non-receipt of order
2.1. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the transport company due to absence, a notice will be left in the customer’s mailbox with the carrier’s directions.
2.2. If for any reason the customer is unable to receive the order or pick it up at the location indicated by the carrier, he should contact Generousnature, Lda. So that together with this the most appropriate solution can be found.
2.3. Any claim for non-receipt of an order must be made within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of placing the order. At the end of this period, Generousnature, Lda. Cannot be held responsible for its loss.
3. Cancellation

1. Return of defective products
1.1. The customer has the right to return the delivered products if they are found to be defective. If this is confirmed by the specialized team of Generousnature, Lda. The product will be exchanged or returned without any cost to the customer.
2.2. The return can be made within 15 calendar days after receiving the order.
2.3. Generousnature, Lda. Is not responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect use, negligence, poor storage conditions or causes of force majeure.
2.4. Once the goods are received at the Generousnature, Lda. Facilities and after validating the status of the goods, the value will be returned according to the payment method made by the customer.
