1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

• You must notify us in writing at info@generousnature.pt before returning

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless the item is faulty)

• Returns must be sent to:

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

5. Exceptions

The right to return does not apply to:

• Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products

• Personalized or custom-made items
